Post Stamp Perforation Recognition
Koníček, Vladimír ; Láník, Aleš (referee) ; Španěl, Michal (advisor)
Post stamp perforation recognition is important factor in authentication of post stamps. Type and perforation size have major influence on price of post stamps. This Masters thesis is handling suggestion of detector of post stamp perforation. Goal of this work is to create application, which will recognize perforation size from photography of post stamp. Application is using OpenCV library.
Indicator of Thunderstorm
Studený, Pavel ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is a theoretical analysis of thunderstorms, lightning and their detection. The theoretical description then gradually moving towards designing their own detector. The detector will operate so that when a lightning activity captures pulses which generate lightning. Lightning will register using the attached counter. After the storm could be due to information from the counters to evaluate how strong the storm was.
Gas sensors, their construction and testing
Zbožínek, Štěpán ; Prášek, Jan (referee) ; Pytlíček, Zdeněk (advisor)
The presented bachelor´s thesis deals with gas sensors, their construction and methods of testing. First part shortly describes the problems of gas detection. There are introduced common principles, constructions, examples of possible applications and requirements, which should be complied with gas sensors. In more detail, there are described conductivity gas sensors. Main purpose of the work is draft software equipment determined for compiled mixing station. For check correct function of the program was also done several measurements with gas sensors containing active layer SnO2 created for oxygen detection. In conclusion, there is on the base of collected theoretical pieces of knowledge and measured information discussed accuracy of measurement, and limits of usability station.
Post Stamp Perforation Recognition
Koníček, Vladimír ; Štancl, Vít (referee) ; Španěl, Michal (advisor)
Post stamp perforation was used for dividing particular post stamps from sheet. There exists a few sizes and kinds of perforation, from which post stamps can be not only assessed, but also post stamp perforation is used for verifying authenticity of post stamps. This text is about suggestion and realisation of simple post stamp perforation detector.
Vulnerability Detection in Computer Network
Šuhaj, Peter ; Hranický, Radek (referee) ; Holkovič, Martin (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with analysis of chosen network protocols, finding their vulnerabilities and with designing and implementation of a tool for their detection. A vulnerability, for example, is using unencrypted communication. First of all the chosen protocols are studied, next methods for capturing and processing network traffic are analyzed. Based on research the design of the tool for detecting vulnerabilities is created and design of the format of vulnerabilities is created. Afterwards the implementation of the design is created in language Python and YAML configuration files are created containing entries of vulnerabilities. The program checks the input PCAP based on the content of these files. Testing took place on files of different size containing captured network traffic.
Corners Detection in Images
Hýna, Petr ; Kršek, Přemysl (referee) ; Španěl, Michal (advisor)
Corner detection is important because of getting a subset of points from the set of all picture points. This subset is used for enquiry into relations of images. Searching of such relations is then less time and memory consuming. The text is about corner detection with focus on method Harris Stephens. The implementation is part of MDSTk and it is written in C/C++ with use of MDSTk's libraries.
Analyzer of water solution
Jeřábek, Lukáš ; Háze, Jiří (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
This work deals with issues of detection chlorine, measurement pH, atmospheric pressure and temperature. The general aim is to study of the problem, the choice appropriate sensors and methods for detection, create schematic diagram and implementation of the analyzer. An integral part of wireless communication with the computer, susceptible the storage of date and makes it possible to further evalution.
